Have you checked if you require a visa or applied for your Electronic Travel Authorization (eTA)? 

Most foreign nationals need a temporary resident visa (TRV) or an Electronic Travel Authorization (eTA) to travel to Canada. Please consult the Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC) website to find out if you need a TRV or eTA to travel to Canada.

• • • If you are accredited press or media and require a visa to visit Canada, please let let the Media Accreditation team know as soon as possible by emailing media@tiff.net. We can assist approved accredited media by providing a visa support letter to include with your Canadian visa application. This support letter is not required for an eTA.
